Dehydration Plant is a process of dehydrating food products. It is used for the removal of all suspended particles such as dust, rust, scales, colloidal carbon oxidation sludge etc. up to 1 micron.  The vegetable dehydration equipment removes water and particle contamination from processed fruits and vegetables. The removal of dissolved water is accomplished by passing a hot gas stream through the bed. Our range of vegetable dehydration plant is designed for consistent performance and long service life.

In Dehydration Plant, additional Instrumentation is provided such as Temperature Indicating controller, flow Meter, and on-line oil testing equipment. It provides de-acidification by evaporation and adsorption method. The process Line includes washing, spinning, vegetable cutting machine, Vegetable Shredding machine, combination dehydrators, vegetable blanching machine and Pulverizer. All the equipment made in SS-304/316 as per customer requirement. Plant will be supplied on Turnkey basis.

Onion dehydration plant:

We are engaged in the production of onion dehydration plant. It is produced using top grade materials which is highly durable and provides high performance. Onion dehydration involves the use of a continuous operation, belt conveyor using fairly low temperature hot air from 38 – 104C. Onion dehydration using a continuous conveyor dryer involves the following basic steps: a)harvesting, b) transporting to the plant, c) curing, d) washing, e) slicing, f) dehydration in three to four stages, g) milling, and  h) packaging   The onions can be cut and sorted for the dehydration.

Dehydrated onions are available in various forms and their applications:

1. Dehydrated white onion kibbled: Used in varied food preparations wherever onion flavor & taste is required & appearance & texture of onion is desired.

2. Dehydrated red onion kibbled: Dry soups or dip mixes, Specialty / ethnic canned, dry foods, in food service and consumer packs whenever Red Onion color is preferred.

3. Dehydrated white onion chopped: Dry soups mixes, sauces specialty / ethnic food preparations, canned, dry or frozen vegetable mixes, dry casserole mixes, stuffing mixes, food service & fast foods.

4. Dehydrated white onion minced: Soups, sauces, canned / dry / frozen food, salad dressings, meat products, other food products wherever onion flavor & taste desired.

5. Dehydrated white and red onion powder: Suitable for varied food preparations, wherever onion flavor & taste is desired.

6. Dehydrated white and red onion granules: Vegetable & meat preparations, gravies, sauces, seasonings, cheeses, crackers etc. Ideal for retail packs suitable for metering devices.

Garlic dehydration plant:

We supply dehydrated garlic, it is processed scientifically by selecting the superior garlic planted in the non-polluted vegetable planting base with shelling, drying, picking, pelleting and other procedures, which is characterized by bright color, low moisture content, non-pesticide residue etc., and reaches the exporting standards after inspection. Dehydrated garlic is available in powder, minced and flakes type.
